To be eligible for our 30 day return program, your item must be a new unused item in the same condition as it arrived in shipping. If an item was delivered in unsatisfactory condition, please take a photo of the issue and mail it to us at with the subject line: “Return Inquiry”. If you receive an item in a unsatisfactory condition due to our error and you would like an exchange, we will happily pay for the return shipping cost. However, if it is not our error, you will be required to pay return shipping costs. Once the item is received and approved, you will be notified by Email and your funds will be returned.
